Amethyst Decorating Slip
Easy to use apply to greenware at leather hard or slightly harder stage (clay is firm enough to stand on it’s own but can still be bent and shaped) – must not be applied to bone dry surface. Can be used on either stoneware, earthenware or porcelain!
Can be painted on or slip trailed for a raised effect.
Once bisque fired glaze is applied either by dipping or brushing on. If decorative ware, the items can be fired without glaze for the matt/velvet finish.
In convenient 250ml jars. Easy to keep stored in a cool, dry place. It can be diluted with a little water if necessary.

Suitable for stoneware, earthenware, or porcelain - paint on or slip trail for added texture.
After bisque firing, add glaze by dipping or brushing, or leave unglazed for a matte finish.
Supplied in 250ml jars; store in a cool, dry place and dilute with water if needed.
